A tale of two buildings. The blue one is obvious care for with someone living in it and the other one with graffiti looks abandon or at best, just not well care for since this is an expense neighborhood in the Candelaria section of Bogota.

This is a great neighborhood in Bogota, for walking around and taking photos. There locals there are also friendly and make you feel welcome as you admire there old homes and churches.
