Little Superheroes

Wonder Baby Looking for Mom
Spider Boy Ready for a Nap
I'm just waiting for the rest of my teeth to come in.
These little Superheroes are the next generation of crime fighters. You never know what goes through a child's mind  or what might influence him or her to choose a certain career path later in life by the things theirs expose to. It could be music such as in my case, sports, the military or a whole host of choices out there. Whatever these little ones choose may God bless them that they would succeed and accomplish their dreams in life. Just dream big!!

Almost Centro Historico

Park in Quito, Ecuador
Somewhere between the Centro Historico and La Ronda in Quito, Ecuador, lies this newly renovated park to which I could never find the name of it. A night this park is well lit with families walking around enjoying the cool night air.

Praça dos Cristais

Praça dos Cristais
Yellow flowers in the park
Praça dos Cristais
The Famous Praça dos Cristais, in Brasilia, Brazil. While strolling through this small park the other day I thought, wow this is great, it's a small little park with lot's of small detail such as the bright yellow flowers and interesting walking paths that take you around the water. Plus there was literal no one there except one armed police keeping a watchful eye on the crystals.

Tight Rope

Walking the Tight Rope
Just about everywhere I go in Brazil I see people, mostly young people walking these tight ropes. They never make it across to the other side without falling. It's only a short fall as you can see and this guy here is helping his girlfriend so she doesn't hurt herself, what a gentleman. Next time I'm going to ask if I can try my hand at it just to see how hard it might be. So, be looking for photos of me on the tight rope coming soon.

Serra do Curral Mountains

Serra do Curral Mountain in Belo Horizonte, Brazil

Houses going up the mountains
The Serra do Curral Mountains that run along the southeast side of Belo Horizonte, Brazil. There is a huge park called Parque da Mangabeiras on top of the mountains and perhaps next time, time permitting I can make trip up there to check it out.

Riding Through The Park

Beep Beep Out Of The Way!!
So far in all of the countries I've visited in South America, motorcycles are a very popular and inexpensive way to get around town. This guy just decided to cut through the park to beat the traffic.  Photo taken in Ciudad del Este, Paraguay.
